The iPod Nano has a whole realm of accessories just as the iPhone does. This time, we bring to you the JVC-SP-A130 iPod Nano portable speaker in 4 iPod Nano 5G colors. The speaker features two one-inch speaker drivers each powered by 160 mill watts. The speaker is integrated with an Active/passive mode, which allows the choice of powering the speaker with its own amplifier or by the connected device. The SP-A-130 is powered by three AAA batteries and it also has a stand that allows it to be propped up while in use.

There are times when we are really broke or we don’t have speakers around, but we want to entertain ourselves a bit. Here’s a cool solution to amplify the volume of the sound with the help of a glass. Simply pop it speaker-side-down into a medium sized glass (preferably large) and it could do amazing wonders to the bass and volume. Making a little circle with your hand around the speaker could do the same trick, but holding it up is the problem. Well, I used this before, but thought that it was a bit goofy to do stuff like that. But now that my idea is all over the place, who cares?

If you happen to pay a visit to Electro Joe and say gimme tunes, don’t be surprised on being handed a pair of garish pink high heeled cases. Oddly shaped, ‘Gimme Tunes’ are a pair of speakers powered by USB. The audio input is your same old classic headphone jack.

Vestalife has created a love story…one between headphones and girls! And what stimulated this unique love story was the even more unique development strategy. RKS’s Ravi Sawhney tapped four female designers from his team Soyun Kim, Leah Thomas, Young Bang, and Hojin Choi who were asked to search headphone concepts as per their liking. These 4 women from different walks of life created a bond between headphones and fashion which till now was non-existent.

With the latest earphones from Solid Alliance you can fool passerby’s into thinking that you have a mushroom, sushi or a mini-katana growing from your ear. Yes, that is what the company wants us to believe. The only fool here is the one who wears them. Available in Japan only, do you still want the pricing?

Seems like geeks want to turn into musicians, Mario loving geeks to be precise. A regular guitar is so boring and the Guitar Hero one just doesn’t cut it anymore. But all Mario loving guitarists need to check out the Koopa Troopa Guitar. You can learn to play all sorts of theme songs from different games and show off your geekiness. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a Princess Peach piano. Maybe there can be a geeky instruments band soon enough.

Now technology will get directly inside your brain. Not literally but in concept. Designer Haikun Deng has come up with a design of music player and speaker which is different owing to its human voice sensoring & analyzing programme. If made, this player and speaker will forever change your touch with music. All you need to do is sing out loud a little rhythm and the product would instantly record, match your voice with music tracks in wifi.

The mint cube MP3 player is cool as a mint but there are doubts in my mind of how much this unusually shaped cuboid player will be liked. Korean manufacturer Dodona has come up with a cube-shaped player with a 4GB, 2×2×2-inch box with an FM radio and a digital display. It also plays tracks of various formats like MP3, Ogg Vorbis, WMA and FLAC. You can make all your singing sensation dreams come true with the help of a microphone for voice recording and a speaker on the back.

In a market full o MP3 players, how does one set itself apart? Try calling your MP3 player something quirky like ‘Tting’. Then say that it’s based on the concept of ‘Art to Fun’. All those pretentious people will eat up any artsy idea! You can also include some nice technical specifications like high-quality sound codec from DOLPHIN Integration in France and the latest 3D G-sensor and 27 LED lights to enhance sensitivity. Don’t forget to make it look tiny and cute. Tting is only available in the Korean market unfortunately, so hope you know a good importer!

I recently bought the very cute JBL Spyro fuchsia speakers. If I hadn’t purchased those, these Juicy Rocks Gemstone Speakers by Juicy Couture would definitely have been on my wish list this Christmas. They are pretty pink and about as girlie as speakers can get. They are made of durable pink jelly rubber and in the shape of gemstones. What more could a girl want(besides diamonds)? They have the adorable Juicy Couture label on it as well. For those who love pink, these are going to seem like they are sent from heaven.

All you fashionistas are going to love Green-House’s glamorous new set of 6 headphones designed by 6 quite talented fashion Japanese designers and fashion experts. These headphones pack a lot of glitter and shine. While I’m not willing to put out money for most, I like the headphones with the bow design. They are pretty cute. I think they can be a good Christmas gift for your girlfriends. I can’t comment much on the sound.

It’s no secret that I’m not a Lady Gaga fan. Her antics and fashion sense leaves me annoyed. However, we know she is quite a teen idol and anything she does is considered sensational. She had performed for the Queen of England at the Royal Variety Show not too long ago. She wore a strange Elizabethian inspired red leather dress with a 20 foot long train which I personally think is a fashion disaster. She was also playing atop a 20 foot tall piano. If this isn’t over the top, I don’t know what is.The bench is actually a swing that’s hanging from the rafters. I’m not impressed, but let’s hope the Queen was.

If you aren’t a very girly girl, the MM-SPP4 series speakers by Sanwa Supply aren’t going to appeal to you. They come in some really pretty colors to catch your attention. Pink is quite a dominant color in the series. These cute and trendy speakers are compatible with MP3 players, phones and computers. They are very portable. I love the designs they feature like sweet little hearts and stripes. You can expect decent sound quality as they come with a built in amp. So it’s looks with substance.

The Geneva Sound System XL was a budget breaking monster who would have left you with no money thanks to its staggering $1,999 bill for an iPod dock. I’d rather give up my love for music than part with that kinda moolah. But someone took mercy on us lesser posh people and came up with the affordable and beautiful new Geneva Sound S.

If you liked the shape shifting Cube Lamp that we talked about yesterday, then these Twistable Speakers are going to be right up your alley with their abstract and bendable design. It’s a state of the art speaker system for all styles of iPod and MP3 players. I love the look, they kind of remind of Spongebob’s snail, Gary. It’s a portable system and easy to carry around. You can twist around the speakers for some fun and new looks. You can get yourself a set for $50 at Amazon.
