Who would’ve thought that we’d see the day when there are audio players made out of recycled chips and candy bar packages. But TerraCycle seems to take the Green Peace movement very seriously and that’s why we have this unique item. The firm has used its large waste-collection program to turn Doritos and Cheetos bags, as wells as Mars candy wrappers, into funky, foldable speakers. The Frito-Lay Speakers have a 3.5 mm universal plug and don’t require batteries. So now every chips packet you open, you know it’s going to some good music. You can get these cool speakers at Radio Shack and the TerraCycle website for $20.

This iPod docking station is strictly for the girls unless you know any boys who are into Barbie. I mean the doll of course. iHome brings us some really cute and pretty pink ipod docking stations which have the Barbie logo on them. You really can’t get any more girly than this. So if you are allergic to pink, I suggest staying away. The iHome docks either make great alarm clocks or portable speakers to take on the go. I’m mildly impressed with them, but not blown away. You can get from $20 to $80.

No one can understand the needs of a baby but its mother. Since ages it has been believed that playing music for your baby while it’s still in the womb will work miracles for him. There are tonnes of portable speakers out there for iPods and MP3 players. Most are pretty boring and drab though. But these Must-Have Mini-Speakers are quite appealing with their colors and funky designs. The pink multi-dottie, coco stripe, and berkley are cute and girly designs. If you are a boy, you might want to go for Olive Camo, and Navy piece. I’m very impressed with these speakers. They are available for just $19.

Anything LEGO gets me excited because it brings on a rush of nostalgia and childhood memories. It makes me absolutely happy to see that Elecom released a new pair of LEGO Brick like headphones with the “Sundries PLAYBRICK” series. They are completely adorable and I want a pair now! They are so much better than the Duckling Earphones. You have a wide choice in colors which includes Black, Blue, Red, Pink, White and Blue/Red Combo. Needless to say that I’d go for the pink. If you like them as much as I do, you can get them at GeekStuff4U.

My life can revolve around music and I can’t imagine going a single day without listening to something. So in my books, music accessories like earphones play a vital role. I also like to set myself apart from the crowd, so conventional earphones just don’t cut it for me. I’m all for a little bit of cute, that’s why these Bling Bling Duckling Earphones appeal to me. Sure they are ducklings, but they are definitely not ugly. They look hot in blue, green, orange, pink, and white. If you addicted to games like Farmville, you will love them even more. You can get a pair for $10 at Gadget4All.

I like music and I like funky belts, but I’m not sure I’m a fan of both of them being combined. A Waist Band MP3 Player sounds nice on paper, but I don’t get it. Why not just plop your player into your pocket? Apparently, it is made for those who go hiking. It’s a handy waist band a MP3 player with remote control for hikers and campers. It supports two MP3 song sources (Slots): SD Card and Flash Memory. Needless to say that it’s hands free. I think I’d rather go for the Hello Kitty MP3 player, but to each his own. This one is available for $33.

Let me confess that I’ve been a fan of Sony, so my views here might be a little biased. Sony has recently launched the Walkman S Series which is pretty cool. It comes in two versions of 8GB and 32GB and supports MP3, WMA, ATRAC, PCM AAC and HE-AAC audio and MPEG-4, AVC, WMV video. It’s good to know that they have included video playback. You will also find an FM radio tuner and a 2” QVGA LCD monitor. I personally like the colors it’s available in. There’s no no doubt that I’d go for the pretty pink.

Hello Kitty is here again, and this time around, she will make you swing and tap your feet to your favorite tunes. It’s the Hello Kitty MP3 player we are talking about and it’s seriously cute. It has 2GB internal memory to boast of and a battery that lasts for 10 hours. This specifications aren’t anything to write home about, but Hello Kitty fans will be excited nonetheless. The nicest bit is that it comes with a Hello Kitty Angel and Devil Skin. So your guilty conscience will always be at play! Who do you think will win, the kitty angel or devil? I’m going with the horns. You can pre-order the player here for $159. Not a bad deal in my opinion if you are a hardcore fan. Speaking of Hello Kitty gadgets, have you tried the Hello Kitty 3G Phone?

The Ceramic Speakers by Joey Roth are much awaited. There’s news on this front, both positive and negative. Let’s get the bad news over with first. The release date of these speakers is pushed to November 1, so we are in for a longer wait than expected. However, the wait might be worth it as the unit will feature an even better amplifier. So every dark cloud has a silver lining! Personally, I love the simple yet classy looks. Maybe you would like something cuter like the Teddy Bear Speakers. I can’t update you on the price of these speakers at the moment.
