Our favorite stars dressed as food at the Grammys?

Fashion in Hollywood has always been on the cutting edge of what is acceptable, very often veering into the bizarre. This is all the more true when it comes to the music industry, and what used to be acceptable fashion choices at the biggest music awards show – the Grammys. Who can forget Britney Spears’ black, long-sleeved lace dress in 2010 or anything Lady Gaga has ever worn. His year, the fashion choices were relatively very normal. However, our very observant friend Jessica Misener from BuzzFeed noticed a disturbing trend – many of the attendees were dressed to look suspiciously like food items! While Beyonce’s color blocked dress looked like a cookie, Katy Perry’s minty green dress reminded the author of a scoop of a mint chocolate chip ice cream! There was no doubt about what Maria Menounos resembled, and we hought comparing Adele’s overall print dress to a cupcake with sprinkles was truly inspired.

Of course, many would agree that a few of these comparisons are quite a stretch and nothing more than a very active imagination at work.
