Do you want to keep your kids away from smartphones? Why not give them the good old Walkman? Don’t worry your kids will not detest it, as this one is equipped with Android. Sony is rolling out a few new Android-powered portable media players.

The new Sony NW-F880 series models are due out in Japan in October, with 16GB to 64GB of stroage and pink, blue, black and white color options. The NW-ZX1 is a premium MP3 player that does away with some of the offerings on the NW-F880, such as FM radio and digital noise cancellation, to improve audio quality and cram in its 128GB storage. Both devices run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, sport 4-inch 480 x 854 Triluminous screens and feature Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC.
