The Hello Kitty Black Bluetooth Mini Speaker: tiny but loud
We are not really surprised that Hello Kitty has made her way into the technology market also. For a while now, we have been seeing Hello Kitty headphones, speakers and cameras. But the perception has always been of gadgets that are more about the style and less about technology – perfect for that tweenage market. But if the recent commercial is to be believed, the Hello Kitty Black Bluetooth Mini Speaker packs quite a punch. This little tiny 2″H x 1.75″ diameter cylindrical speaker can be kept anywhere in your house, and connects to you music system via Bluetooth. It is an all black speaker, with Hello Kitty’s face printed on the side with the cutest pink bow. This little device takes only 2-3 hours to charge, and can play up to 6 hours. These have been made by zimri speakers, and have a range of up to 100ft.
The Hello Kitty Black Bluetooth Mini Speaker comes with a line-in cable, a USB cable, and is equipped with a 3.5mm audio jack. The makers are really convinced of the high quality sound, and are selling it as the tiny-but-loud speaker. The commercial, which is in fact a parody of the classic Maxell cassette tape commercial from the early 1980s, literally shows Hello Kitty being “blown away” by the loud sound. This cute speaker costs only $46.
