Designer Mike He has taken the iconic Matryoshka Dolls to a whole new level with his Little Red Riding Hood Matryoshka. These specimens of intricate Russian craftsmanship have steadily gained almost cult status all over the world over the decades. Collectors all over the world are continually on the lookout for new and different Matryoshka Dolls. The dolls created by Mike He are not exactly for sale, but are still worth a mention for their ingenious design. He has created a set of three dolls representing the characters of Red Riding Hood. It is so cute. It even has the wolf’s face peeking out of ‘grandma’s clothing’.
Not only is it a beautifully crafted piece, the Little Red Riding Hood Matryoshka is also practical. The Taiwanese designer has designed the dolls so that they can also function as serving bowls. What I wouldn’t do to get my hands on one of these. Too bad it isn’t for sale!
