7th Grade Science Project sends Hello Kitty to Space
A 7th grade science project has done what I have always wished for; sent Hello Kitty to Space, well almost. The experiment is titled “The effects of altitude on air pressure and temperature and these 7th graders have done an awesome job. Their apparatus is a simple weather balloon kit which does not include the Hello Kitty doll and homemade rocket. It’s a great way of putting this feline out of our worlds, just kidding. The focus here shouldn’t be my hatred for Hello Kitty but the outstanding efforts of the kids behind this.

The video itself was shot with a GoPro camera. Its ironical how one incident involving a Hello Kitty Bubble Gun gets a 5 year old suspended and the same Kitty gets some kids the best compliments ever. Guess there will always be people who love and hate her.
