The new 1888 Hotel in Pyrmont, Sydney, is calling itself “the world’s most Instagrammable hotel”. It is called the 1888, as Kodak came out with the first box and roll camera that year.

Moreover, the guest who snaps the best shot while staying at the hotel will be invited back for a free night’s stay next time they’re in town.
The Instagram hotel has exclusive spots for selfies like the one the giant digital photo frame hangs in the lobby. The five-story hotel has 90 rooms, which are decorated with photos taken by guests. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout, an iPad provided in each room for guest’s use. Though, travellers like to take photos of their trips and share them on their social networks, this 8Hotels integrated social media into the design of the hotel.
