Auto companies often release a special promotional holiday videos during Christmas season. This year, luxury car brand Mercedes Benz released an innovative video that features the power, performance and engine capability of their new 2013 Mercedes Benz SLS AMG GT3, while also keeping the spirit of the season intact! The video shows how the cars fiery hot engine can be used to bake Christmas treats! First, a tray of pre-cut cookie dough is placed on top of the car’s SLS 6.3 liter AMG V8 engine. It then sprints flat out for a few laps around a track in Germany. When it finally halts to a stop, the cookies are perfectly baked! These are then consumed fresh out of the engine “oven” by the car’s crew! Now that is some heavy duty baking. But you know what to do the next time you are expecting guests and can’t seem to make your oven work!

The 2013 Mercedes Benz SLS AMG GT3 also celebrates its 45th anniversary. Besides the video, they are releasing a special anniversary edition GT3, which will be priced at a whopping $577,474. Only five such models will be produced to mark the company’s 45th year.
